Monday Kid's Paper + Clay (Ages 6-12)

Winter sessions: 5/1, 12/1, 19/1, 26/1, 2/2, 9/2, 16/2
Kids can wind down after school on Monday and switch on their creative mode. This is an on-going weekly course for children ages 6-12. We will cover a range of wildly interesting paper and clay projects. We will be using natural hand made paper as well as cotton rich paper to connect to us to the natural world. Projects that involve paper layering, watercoloring, printing, cutting, making intricate pop ups, traditional paper folding, three dimensional objects and shadow box paper art that tells a story. We will also work on handbuilding and wheel throwing ceramic projects intermittently.
2 hours class (Tools, all materials, and firing included)
Each lesson will be two hours long, taught in English at Baggerbeest in Sluisbuurt, Amsterdam.
