Create a cup from start to finish with your child. It will be a memorable experience connecting in a creative way. And you will both have something to drink out of this winter to remind you how nice it is to be together.

Make some coat hooks for your home.
For all ages. This is a two part workshop.
In the first session, we will be making a coat hooks out of stoneware. They can be simple shapes or coiled and silly. You are the artist. We will make sure you are making them sturdy enough and have the holes in the right place. You can make up to 6 coat hooks.
In the second session, you can paint your bisqued coat hooks and decorate them however you like. We have some fun colors to pick from. Stripes, polka dots, zig zags. There's endless ways of making them personal.
3 hour workshop (Tools, all materials, firing included).
Each lesson will be 1½ hour long, taught in English

Make a cup for your perfect winter drink.
This is two part workshop. (No experience necessary).
In the first session, we will be hand building a cup to hold your favorite warm drink. We'll show you how to add a handle, a foot, and how to make the rims nice and smooth for your lips. We can explore the many ways to add interest to the surface and shape of your cup. If you have some extra time and would like to make a small tea bag holder, spoon, or a little saucer, you are welcome to do so!
In the second session, we will be beautifying our bisqued work from the previous week using glazes. We have many types of glazes to chose from as well as different techniques to apply.
Artwork can be picked up in approximately two weeks.
5 hour workshop: Tools, all materials, firing included. Each session will be two and a half hours long, taught in English.

Tiny Footprints Workshop
Tiny Footprints Workshop
Bring your baby and have these tiny footprints made on soft porcelain before they get any bigger. Lovely keepsake to cherish forever! In two weeks, when you pick these footprints, we will have ribbons for you to choose from for hanging. (By this time their feet will already have gotten bigger).
Workshop will be 1½ hour given in English.
Join us for a full day of working with ceramics and glazing!
This workshop will offer you a perfect opportunity to learn the art of ceramic-making and create your own unique piece. We will make your own ceramic object with stoneware clay and paint it with delft blue glazes. All materials will be included; just bring your imagination!
The first half of the class will cover the various stages of clay construction. You will be able to choose the form you want to create, such as a vase, plate, cup, bowl, or small planter.
The surface will be fine-tuned and dried while we break for a snacks. Coffee and tea will be provided.
In the second half of the class, you will paint and decorate your ceramic piece.
Your piece will be fired and in two weeks
